JUDGE FORM:

The Southeastern Wisconsin Area Gamers are seeking judges to run games at the Fall Gaming Hoopla, being held September 24th to the 26th, 2010 in Janesville, WI.

Judges who run 4 hours of games will receive a $5 discount on admission, Judges who run 8 hours of games will receive $10 discount on admission.

Judges are required to pay for events that they play in.

*The deadline for event submission is August 29th, 2010. For planning and scheduling purposes we can not make exceptions to this

*Please submit a form for each different game that you would like to judge.

*Please click the "Submit" button at the end of the form to return the completed form via email.

We will do our best to accomodate the wishes of volunteer judges as it pertains to the number of tables needed and times specified. However, we have a limited quantity of space for 2 and 3 table games, and may have to adjust starting times slightly to accomodate as many events as possible

Game Description

If you want to play in the game you are judging, please reduce the maximum number of players accordingly

Number of Rectangular Tables (limit 3 - tables are approximately 6' x 2.5')
Number of Circular/Oval Tables (limit 1 - tables are approximately 4' diameter or 5' length x 3.5' wide)
