We still have exhibitor space open in our exhibitor hall.
$200 cash donation for a 10’w x 12’d booth.
$225 cash donation for a 13’w x 12’d booth.
Booths are available on a first come, first serve basis. Wait list is available. Exhibitors should be industry related at the discretion of Hoopla staff. Payment is required 30 days after verbal reservation made or March 21st, whichever is sooner.
Friday: 10 AM to 2 AM
Saturday: 8 AM to 2 AM
Sunday: 8 AM to 6 PM
The exhibitors will be spread throughout the main event hall. While there are no strict exhibitor hours, we request that the exhibitors stay open for at least the hours below for the best experience of our attendees and our exhibitors.
Friday: 10 AM to 6 PM
Saturday: 10 AM to 6 PM
Sunday: 10 AM to 5 PM
Hoopla staff is not responsible for product left at unattended booths. A staff member will be present in one of the event rooms at all times the convention is open, and the doors will lock when the convention is closed.
