Pre - Registration

2010 Fall Gaming Hoopla Pre-Registration Form

Pre-Registration closes at 11:59 pm on September 10th, 2010

Please refer to the Event Schedule page for a list and description of events that are eligible for pre-registration.  You may pre-register for up to five events.  You may also list two events as “alternates” in case any of your first five choices are already filled.  Events will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

Please submit one form per attendee.  You will receive verification of registration via email within 24 hours of registration; the email will also serve as a notification of any events that were sold out at the time of your request.  Payment is expected at time of pre-registration.

Your email verification will include two totals:

The first total will be for Admission and Merchandise. See the Hoopla Merchandise page for more information including shipping cost of merchandise. You may elect to pick up merchandise at the Hoopla to avoid shipping expenses.

The second total will be for event fees and raffle tickets. Our epay provider does not allow us to take payment for these, so payment for this must be made at the door. All badges, raffle tickets, and merchandise items that are not shipped will be on will call at the registration desk when you arrive.

Once you receive email verification, payment is expected within 24 hours. All pre-registrations that are not paid within 72 hours will be canceled - we will not "hold" events that other attendees may want to sign up for. The email verification will provide the paypal address for payment.

You may pay for multiple attendees with one payment. When paying, please include “Pre-Registration Spring 2010” as the subject, and list the names of all attendees for which payment is being made in the message box. Remember, you will be paying only for the first total (Admission and Merchandise.) The second total (event fees and raffle tickets) must be paid at the door upon arrival.

We will again be raffling off some of the most popular game titles, including many that are donated by our publisher sponsors.  The raffle will be held on Sunday, April 26th, during the last 45 minutes of the Hoopla.  You need not be present to win raffle prizes, but your tickets must be filled out with a name and address OR name and phone number if you aren’t present.  Raffle ticket prices are:      1 ticket - $1 , 6 tickets - $5 , 30 tickets - $20 (best value!)
