| The Downfall of Pompei: It's a tradition! Running for the fourth straight Hoopla, come join us in this fun and easy-to-learn game - you get to throw your friends' people into a volcano! Two games will be run during this time slot, so you'll play either 12-1 pm or 1-2 pm. If 5-8 people sign up, we'll figure out a diplomatic way to split the group between the two games. The year is 79 A.D. Pompeii, sitting at the foot of Vesuvius, is at the high point in its development. People come to the city from far and wide to try and make their luck in the city. So far nobody has dreamed of the danger that will bury all of their dreams under mountains of ash not ten years later. Who will survive the eruption of Vesuvius unscathed? The simple rules make it easy to get started with this game by Klaus-Jürgen Wrede, one in which a lot of tactical know-how is required. But a little luck is needed too, in order to bring your pieces out of the city at the right time and have this unconventional board game decided in your favor. |

As citizens of Kingsbridge, players need to take care of the following areas: Building, Trading, Religion, Feeding, and Medical Knowledge.
