Purchase your badge online HERE via Tabletop.Events. Come for the day or come for the entire weekend! Partake in the fun of the Hoopla regardless of how long you stay.

  • Event Submission for Volunteer Judges
    Opens January 19th - Closes April 25th
We rely on our Volunteer Judges to run games at our event. We are grateful to all of our Volunteer Judges for helping to make our Hoopla awesome! Check out our Run an Event page for more information on our new judge rewards program.

  • Attendee Event Sign-Up
    VIG 48 HOUR EARLY EVENT SIGN-UP opens February 7th at noon
    General Admission Event Sign-up opens February 9th at 4pm
Once sign-up opens for your purchased badge type, you can claim seats in free, scheduled events to make sure you lock in the games you want!. Online event sign-up will be available throughout the Hoopla weekend via the Tabletop.Events website.

Purchasing Multiple Badges?

There's 3 options for purchasing multiple badges:

1. Make a Tabletop.events account for each person attending. This way each person can log on whenever they want and reserve seats in games on a private account. With this method, each account badge purchase will be a separate credit card charge.

2. Make a Tabletop.events account for each person attending. Using the account that will be purchasing the badges, make a friend request to each person for whom you will be purchasing badges. Once the friend request is approved by the user, the purchaser will be able to gift badges to any friends. 

3. Make one account and purchase all your badges through that account. Put each attendee's name in for each individual badge. Purchase all the badges at once with one credit card charge. Using this method, that one account can reserve seats individually for each badge purchased and see each attendee's schedule.
