The public event schedule shows only events that have been approved by our admins, so if you submit an event and don't see it right away, don't worry! Also, please keep in mind that our admins are all volunteers that also have jobs and personal lives, so it may take several days to get your event approved, maybe longer at the beginning of the Event Submission period. If there's an issue with your event an admin with contact you to resolve it, so if you don't hear from anyone with an issue, please just be patient. This approval process will help us to ensure there is a consistent amount of a variety of games throughout the event, and make sure that your event is as successful as possible by avoiding conflicts.
