Convention Cross Promotion
Are you part of another convention? We think that the gaming community is strongest when area conventions work together to support each other and help our hobby grow, instead of just competing for attendance. We are always looking for sponsors for the varying necessities of the Hoopla. Whether you or your company can offer food for the kitchen, games for our Best Raffle Ever! or Play-To-Win room, swag for the welcome bags, or a cash donation, every little bit helps. Donation
Want to contribute to the Hoopla but don’t want all the hoopla of sponsorship? You can donate directly to the Hoopla via our donation page. We are currently offering early release, limited edition swag for certain donation levels. Your donation is also tax deductible.

Volunteer
Volunteering is a great way to give back to the Hoopla, without costing you a penny. Volunteering can actually save you money through our Volunteer Incentives program which rewards volunteers with free badges and volunteer-only prizes. Our volunteers work with staff to cover the library, silent auction, registration, and to just help out wherever they are needed. Click here to see more.
